INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANCY

• Take instructions from client regarding design aspirations, budget, timeline etc.
• Prepare interior layout showing wall, floor and ceiling features
• Indicate the style & form of proposed design and obtain client’s approval
• Co-ordinate with MEP, lighting and landscape consultants and incorporate their inputs in interior drawings.
• Final interior layout, RCP, sectional details, ceiling and wall treatments.
• Colour board of all materials in all interior spaces for approval of client.
• Coloured rendering of interior views.
• Prepare final FF & E control book, tender drawings, specifications & detailed BOQ.
• Assist client in tendering and procurement of furniture, fixtures, artefacts, light fittings etc.
• Prepare detailed drawings of wall & ceiling works, tile module drawings etc.
• Periodical supervision, quality check, preparation of snag list.
